In 1995, he held a place at the Karolinska hospital in Stockholm Sweden where neural transplantation was done for the first time ever in the world. In 1998, he was placed at the University of Colorado health sciences center in Denver, USA where the world’s first randomized trial for cell transplantation was done for Parkinson’s disease.
